So I finished my little gift for Ryan. It's something little, but it will mean a lot to him. I will have to admit it was hard making it and seeing Wes all over the place. But it did bring back a lot of memories. And I'm going to share one real quick...On my 20th Birthday, Ryan some what threw a little party for me, Shay came and some others but Wes was away at school (somewhere in Cali) and Ryan told me he couldn't make it because of football stuff... which I could understand. So anyway I'm just sitting around and Ryan told me to look at the door and I did and it was Wes. He wanted to surprise me. I was so happy that he came. It was funny because whenever we all hung out, Wes and I always joked about going on dates in front of Ryan. Ha, ha. I miss him so very much. Ryan mentions every now and then about going to play hockey at the Ice Station in Valencia. But if he does, I don't know if I could watch him. My buddy, Wes, who use to sit with me and keep me company will no longer be there. I know he will in spirit, but sometimes that's not enough. You guys all know what I'm talking about I'm sure.
Anyway.. lets get back on track...LOL. I know the picture is blurry, but other then that how do you think it came out?

How cool - it looks great and I know he will love it. I remember that party and I remember what a dork he was in wanting to surprise you - he's so cute! And I so know what you mean about doing things that no longer involve him - tough!!!
Rach I couldn't wait to give him his picture so I did it last night.. LOL. He loved it. He says it's the most important and meaningful thing that anyone has ever done for him :( But it made me cry looking at it. But yeah Wes is a funny guy..He's probably up in Heaven thinking of ways to get us when we all get there...LOL.
I am so happy you made that. You did such a good job. It made me choke up. Those kind of presents are the ones that you really treasure. Wes made me a picture frame for my birthday once and I love it so much!
Thanks Paige! It's hard to look at the picture every time we walk in.. but at the same time it's wonderful.. it's just a bunch of mixed emotions really. I miss him a lot.. and the more time that goes by just really makes it worst.. and I can't even imagine what it is like for you and the whole family. It's still hard to believe he is gone. I told Ryan I want to take up Golfing for Wes..LOL. Wes will get a kick watching me "try" to swing the clubs..LOL. I love you Paige and the entire family.. you all are just amazing people.
